Our mission at Rhode Island Hospital and The Miriam Hospital is to provide the highest quality of care, and it is supported by the foundation of donor generosity.

Taking in the tremendous changes that have occurred in the past couple of years at both hospitals, one is awestruck by all that has been accomplished with the help of physicians, employees, corporate sponsors, private donors and the community.

Our donors have contributed to enhancing our hospitals by providing funding for critical research, structural projects, state-of-the-art equipment and many other programs and services. As the needs of our patients grow, we look to our donors to help support those needs.
