The Total Joint Center at The Miriam Hospital, a program of the Orthopedics Institute at Rhode Island and The Miriam hospitals, is featured in a new advertising campaign. The objective is to raise awareness of this new center of excellence for hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery.
Two new 30-second television commercials for the Total Joint Center will run during news programming on broadcast television stations WJAR NBC10, WPRI CBS12, WNAC Fox11 and WLNE ABC6 and during original primetime programming on several cable networks, including A&E, AMC, CNN, CNBC, Comcast Sports Net, Comedy Central, Discovery Channel, Food Network, FX, Fox News, Hallmark Channel, HGTV, History Channel, Lifetime, MSNBC, NESN, TLC and TNT. These spots will also air during the summer Olympics on NBC10, CNBC and MSNBC.
The campaign, which will run through the end of September, includes a two-page print ad featured in Rhode Island Monthly, Good Housekeeping, Redbook and Woman’s Day; billboards on I-95 South and I-195 West, and ads on 35 RIPTA buses with routes throughout RI.
